WotLK ?an't get soul shard

I can't get a Soul Shard while playing as Warlock. I use the skill Drain Soul on the enemy when he has low HP, but after the enemy dies I don't get a Soul Shard, although I have a lot of space in my inventory. I also don't have any addons or macros. https://youtu.be/7EpRdgmLWvg

whats mean gray mobs? now i have 29lvl of my character

Drain Soul only gives shards when targets are no more than 9 levels lower than you. Try using it on targets your same level.

"If the target dies while being drained, and yields experience or honor, the caster gains a Soul Shard."

You only get Soul Shards from mobs whose levels are indicated by red, orange, yellow, or green. Mobs 9 levels below yours are indicated by gray color, thus they don't provide you Soul Shards when Drain Soul is used against them.
