WotLK Help, where did all my characters go?

Hello, good afternoon!

I wanted to ask a quick question about what happened to all my characters that I once had on the different servers. I understand that some kind of reset may have been done, but is there any way to recover the level 80 characters I had?

I also remember transferring my characters from the Frostmourne realm (which existed at the time) to Icecrown. However, now when I try to log in to play with them again, none of them appear.

I would greatly appreciate any possible response regarding what I need to do to recover them.

Level 80 characters have never been deleted so you may be logging into the wrong account.
