WotLK Constant disconnects for over a month, no solution.

I am honestly out of options, quit playing Warmane due to this.
Constant disconnects from ONLY warmane servers on either account.
When it happens: Between 2m - 30m it locks me out of my accout for either 5 seconds or 3 minutes.
What I've done:
- Deleted cache, moved WTF folder, removed all addons, multiple fresh reinstalls of wow client from multiple sources.
- Flushed DNS, renewed everything with IP , new router, no issues from ISP.
- Used different internet connection and even a different PC ( my laptop ) no different with wired or wifi.
- Used internet monitors that show 0 disconnects in any session.
- Zero help from warmane itself, usual "check ur internet" answer although im not the only one with this issue.
* Current situation: Playing on server with ping 51.178.64.97 -t running in background, on disconnect it shows the request timed out, internet still running fine, discord and etc still runs perfectly fine. Request is timed out for the usual 3s - 3m and then continues normal pinging and I can log in.
Currently unsure what else to check.. Totally lost and desperate.
Over 5 years of playing on Warmane this is a first for me, nothing new happened the issue just appeared out of nowhere.
Highlight of disconnects: DC'd mid 25 man lich king roleplay at 10% hp ( I got no ach or loot ), RS25hc Hailon kill with my trink dropping: dc'd at 3% hp. No loot.

Did both, no difference.
VPN actually made it worse.
