Technical Warmane support wont accept my ticket to retrieve account and change email

Hi everyone
Few months ago i tried to changed my gmail to new one but i do a mistake i was planing to change my gmail for security reasons but i changed to the wrong gmail that that gmail is similar to my gmail i had plan to changed it ,my gmail was a.shir****[email protected] but i change to shir***[email protected] its not mine i forgot put a. Befor my gmail!
I send a email to [email protected] and send many times
A gmail that account is mine but they always reply due to suspension activities ur account is eligible to restore i even explain and wrote all the gmail changes that i had changed for my account befor i change to wrong email and i said i will gladly do what u said about confirming all of this emails are mine , even i link my orginal account that have email verification from warmane support , and i most mentioned after i changed to wrong email i didnt recive email change message from [email protected]

Anyone can help about this to restor my account? Its near 1 year i send tickets but they dont retrieve my account
