Burning Crusade any solution to massive lag spikes?

me and my wife play on the onyxia server together and for some reason her client always gets huge lag spikes every few minutes while mine is unaffected. we both use the same wifi with the same wireless adapters, and she only ever lags in this game. shes tried reinstalling and making new accounts, nothing works. is there some sort of bug in the files or reason her game client has lower priority than mine? please let me know

Are those spikes longterm? Sometimes warmane has some issues and we all disconnect or have crazy delays. its normal i guess
