Technical Characters not showing up on selection screen.

Hi, My friends and I decided to come back to the game after a couple years. All our characters were there but one friend. No character shows up when connecting to Lordaeron despite the realm selection screen showing he have 2 characters on it.

Can you help me?

No they were not, they were 80s and he was raiding with them.

Then you are logging on the wrong account, you are on the wrong realm, or you have been hacked.

Copy-pasted from another thread. Not edited to be specific to your case:

1. Warmane doesn't delete characters outside of inactivity cleanup. Further details below.
2. Level <50 characters that are deleted during inactivity cleanup aren't up for restoration.
3. Characters deleted manually, either by owner of the account or another user, can be restored up to within 30 days with coins.
4. Missing level 80 character usually means a) 3rd party had access to account. b) You logged wrong account/realm. c) You played on Frostmourne - those characters are gone. d) It's in the barracks (Icecrown).
5. Account history may help to see what happened - unexpected coin gifts, item trades, authentications from unknown IP's. It could even help to determine if the character was ever on that account through mismatched marketplace & services history, if applicable.
6. If it's still unclear, asking help through website ticket - https://www.warmane.com/account/support or by emailing [email protected] may shed some light to what happened. Know that there are no restoration options beyond what's listen on number 3.
