No auctioner in dalaran

why is there no auctioneer in dalaran? the guard says there is, but there isn't. there should be!

There is one, in the engineering shop. If you can't see it it's because there are many players around it. You have to be a grand master engineer to use it.

Non-engineers can see it too, but they can't use it. But yes, if you are not an engineer, then there is no usable auctioneer for you in Dalaran.
