WotLK what happened with my account

Dear Support!

Today i logged into my account (Icecrown realm) and there were 3 level 1 character on it (with the same names as before). I logged in one of them and the items and golds still there, but the races are different (blood elf dk - now human dk, blood elf rog - now dranei rog wtf?) what have just happened with my acc?

Pls investigate the case.

Yesterday was a huge Solar flare, so it messed up electronics a bit. Warmane is now collecting rolls of tinfoil to shield their servers.

Same problem. Every character is suddenly marked as lvl 1 and keep changing the race and gender when I log in. My male blood elf was a female draenei in mulgore. Next log in it was a male dwarf.

You must write a ticket and GM will solve your issue, but you must do it fast or rabbits could attack you while leveling.

There's something strange going on with the servers this morning. Your character presents at level 1 in the log in screen but they'll be relatively normal when you log in. Relatively because for some reason they have another race's appearance. It was kinda cool running around with a human druid.
