For New Players to Wrath of the Lich King

Hello guys this post is supposed to help players who are new to the WotlK like me for example i played tbc 8 yrs ago and for example i dont know raids ect so for me its pretty hard to find raids most of them wants achiv so my only option at this point is to organise my own raids for me to do that i need to know the raids i am going to organise very well which i am studying atm like ICC and TOGC as well as RS, also i have no idea where to find the weekly quests for Frost Emblems ect. So guys drop whatever advice you can to help me and potentialy some new players that might read this topic, Thank you all in advance for spending your time and helping the comunity as well as my self !

Weekly quest can be found by Violet Hold, Dalaran.

I recommend gearing up and joining what raids you can. Nobody will join a raid where the leader doesn't have achievements, gear or knowledge.
