WotLK Long time no play. Characters disappeared

I didn't play for a few years, I managed to recover my account, but my 3 characters on the Icecrown server don't appear. How can I recover them? The website says... You do not have any characters that require restoration on Icecrown.

They were most likely caught in an inactivity clean up, which means you can't.
