Dual Spec is WAY too expensive / make LESS restrictive Level limit for Dungeons
While currently playing on Onyxia, it's really hard to bump my Gold up to 500, while trying to progress my Professions and character at the same time, without slowing down considerably.
What's the point of advertising this server with Dual Spec, when only an extreme minority of people will be able to get it at lvl 40? Without help of another Character's or Person's money, that is.
It's especially important considering how hard it is to get Tanks and Healers for your Dungeon Group, around the same level bracket.
If you can't do that, then at LEAST widen/move the Level bracket for Dungeons, because it's ridiculous how I'm constantly finding people for Uldaman at 37-40 levels, while its Final Boss is at 47. Party's Captain tried to make a person at 48th Level in the Group Queue for Uldaman, but it said the member had a too high level to do that, apparently...

DS isn't necessary, and it's not something you should aim for at level 40 anyway. It has low level requirement, but its main users are raiders or end-game content (60-70 atm) players with extra gold in their pockets.
The level gap in Uldaman was always a thing because the dungeon itself has that level range. If you were all level 47 then mobs at start would be incredibly easy. The dungeon was really designed in two sections and it was built like that for Vanilla. RDF just doesn't correspond with that design. They should've made it like BRD or Maraudon with a first segment and a final segment in two separate RDF dungeons. One to kill the lady giant with the staff pieces and the other the final boss and start at the back door. So that would be a good suggestion for that dungeon I think.
A side note though you can cheese the last boss by pulling him out of the room before the doors close and kite him up the ramp so you don't have to deal with the adds. The only issue being he has so much health and if you're too low level and can't hit him properly you could go oom or tank could struggle.

I disagree, it definitely feels more encouraging being forced to play as Tank/Heal while having Talents to back you up. Now I don't have armor, talents, and other people are probably less likely to pick these specs because they hardly play Dungeons since they level-up like crazy due to the multiplier. Therefore they don't care.
And this is also why Dungeon levels' bracket should have a changed range.
Dual Spec is something you get in max level, lots of people don't even have it.
No need for it at low level. and Dual spec is 500g. you could just respec, it will increase in price, but theres a long way to the 500 ;) (It will decrease again over time, once every month)
