Having a hard time finding a guild

Heya. I main a Frost dk, just got started, around 5k gs, haven't played wrath so long you can basically call me a new player (used to main a blood tank and a prot pally back in the day, will probably make a blood off spec later on). Having a hard time finding a simple guild for casual raiders. Preferably with no drama. Any takes?

What faction? On Alliance, you could look at Zero Toxic who raid EU times.

I encourage ppl to make better raids then I do, if you make decent runs, that is how you get officer, I would like more raid leaders as well.
