WotLK Barracks issues can't activate characters

Hello,

i logged in and found few characters were disabled on Icecrown realm, not deleted (no names on them) bcze of inactivity cleaning.

wanted to reactivate them on barracks so i can rename them and play a little but it shows a weird error (about deactivation) as shown on the screenshots below.

sorry for the link and thank you for deleting it, i forgot about security.

i tried again with barracks ( different characters) and still the same error message.

any suggestions or help to solve this situation ?
