WotLK Transmog not showing in-game, but showing on character (login) screen

I don't, I had it disabled before.. now it's enabled. That's why I was able to get scrolls and char screen shows the xmog?

Perhaps server needs to propagate something? But then again, why would char screen instantly show it and in-game not.

perhaps it's some cache for my client, but not sure what I should purge
