Seems you are using a VPN, so don't do that.

    You need to contact support.

If the option for a ban appeal doesn't shows for you, that more than likely means you landed on a banned IP. That happens a lot with people who try using VPNs, since those services often have been used repeatedly to break our rules and try to get around bans. So, while you personally didn't do anything to earn a ban directly, your account still tried to use banned means to log in - again, bans always have a reason. On this case you should send an email to [email protected] instead and, if that was really the case, your ban will be lifted. Do note that even if those might be dealt with faster, they are still checked, so being banned for something else and trying to send an email to claim you're on a banned IP isn't going to work - or leave you with a good image on serious appeals.

This is a serious issue. I am playing here for 13 years and I never experienced something like that. I am banned for 3 days now because of some mistake and nobody cares, I am getting no reply. I have upgraded from shared IP as the Warmane staff asked the first time this happened (1 month ago) and I got name banned right after. This is just to raise awareness that this website is loosing actual players because your overzealous efforts to ban all the bots. Your security concerns should not affect players that are donating regularly. I understand your point with "it's free to play here", but some of us are paying for your salaries, keep that in mind before ignoring us.

It's not "because of some mistake," though. There are only two cases that someone will get a ban for Advertising: the account actually did the advertising or the player is on a specific IP that was so consistently used for advertising that it got blocked, more often than not because of a free VPN. Assuming you are the second case, the ban on the IP is fully legitimate and not a mistake, and all it takes is being on a different one/using a different VPN. For you to get unbanned and then banned again right after, you insisted on using a banned IP, not sure why expecting a different result.

While we are most certainly very thankful for our donors, our security concerns involve the whole player base, and it's odd to expect us to be lax on that and let our players' experience be worse, just for the sake of you not having to solve the punctual issue on your end of having used a banned IP.
