Technical forever in a group

hello.
used LFG for a dungeon. when que popped and ported to dungeon, there were no tank.
4 dps and 1 heal. 1 dps wasnt even in a group.
tried to que for duengeon but error saying group is full.
kicked the dps that wasnt in a group, still same error.
group disbanded but now it wont let me que for LFG.
cant join someone elses party either saying im already in a group.
cant invite someone saying im not a party leader.
IM NOT IN A STUPID GROUP.

tried relogging many times. shutdown client for over an hour to no avail.

please help.
