WotLK Cant log in with this acc

I made a new acc where i want to start a new character, and i cant log in the game.
I can log in with my other acc and thats why i dont understand why not with this one.

Try checking if the username/password you are typing in are correct. Try changing the password if that doesn't work. At last you can make ticket or contact [email protected],they will most likely change the password for you and help with the issue.
