Automatically equip unequip Riding Rod

Hello.

Does anyone know of an addon that can do this? I tried using Outfitter, but it doesn't work—it won't equip items.

Can't you just make a macro for mounting like equip riding crop/carrot with your chosen mount and then a macro to equip your pve trinkets to use when you land? Not automatic but might be a solution to this.
