Help with refund

I bought a X-53 Touring Rocket on your site and it says its 310% mount and when i equiped it it says its 280% so i dont need it with 280% speed
I would like a refund

If you have another mount of 310% speed, despite what the tooltip says, the X-53 Touring Rocket will move at 310% speed.
