Technical I've been inactive for 4-5 yeras and i can't get my acount to work

Hey guys, I've away from the server for several years. I logged in on the Warmane website and i got a message saying that i will recieve an email with the authentication number. That email sadly never arrived. i tried to reset my pass/acc name but still no email. then i created a new acount hoping to make a ticket. From the brand new acound i can only make a ban appeal ticket and since i have no characters banned i can't really complete a ticket. Is there any way to reach Warmane support for an old acound retrieval? i did manage to find some of my characters in the armory even without their names so i know the acount is still there. If account retrieving isn't successful on your own, you'll need to contact support for help.

Simply email us directly for assistance - [email protected]

It's helpful if you include anything you recall surrounding the account to assist us in verifying your ownership in a timely fashion. Such information includes but is not limited to:

- Account or Forum username (not passwords).
- Current email or a guess if you have forgotten
- Character information
- General account history. For example, "I claimed the holiday gift on my Paladin back in 2018, maybe 2019?"
- Country where you connected or registered from

You may also include a new email address that you would like your account to be updated to. If we have enough information, we'll be able to update your account immediately without the need for further verification.

Thanks for quick reply, i really appriciate it. I did try https://www.warmane.com/account/retrieve before i make this post and it didn't work. A friend that when through a similar procces a while ago told me that if i'm inactive for a long time Warmane emails wont reach my email. i'll try to contact you through [email protected].
