WotLK reins of the winterspring frostsaber

I have a problem talking to an NPC in Winterspring, it's an NPC called Rivern Frostwind. I recently moved a character to an ally from the horde and I can't talk to him because I have a sword icon on him. I can't change it to the "not at war" option because I don't have that reputation in the reputation tab. I know that many people had this problem. here is also no Inactive option. I deleted addons, WTF/CACHE and nothing. Some sugestions?

I have same problem except that I have always been ally and still have the same problem, they never fixed this and it is quite old problem :/ I have opened few topics here and still no resolve

Same here, changed from Ally to Horde and can't talk to the guy. When i mousover the "sword" appears but can't attack nor talk to him

Try to uncheck "at war" option.

For me there is no Reputation on the Reputation Tab. Don't know if it has anything to do with faction change. Used to be Horde
