I am an old player of your server and unfortunately, due to personal circumstances and immigration, I was unable to play for several years. Upon returning and attempting to log in, I received a message stating that my account is banned.
I kindly request clarification regarding the reason for this ban. If possible, I would appreciate it if you could review my account and consider reactivating it so I can return to the game.
