_Cursor doesn't work

Pretty much as title says, when I'm opening addon window, the pointer in preview doesn't show any trails, and when I tap "apply" nothing is happening in game. Tried all possible configuration. Anyone maybe know how to make it work?

Or maybe someone know other addon to add trail to cursor or just make cursor more visible?
