Well, I just restored a character with the same nickname, there are two of them and I can’t figure out where the one I need is
That's a problem you created by trying to use the system for "reserving" a name.
We don't forbid that, but we don't offer any special support for it either.
I can't think that it will turn out that I got the character I needed. The problem can't be solved in any way?
You can try contacting Support with [email protected] to see what they will say, but don't be surprised if the solution is using Coins now that you spent the free one.
