WotLK Missing Characters

Hello.

I've taken a break from the game, looked back in my account and saw that, while it still said I had 7 characters in Lordaeron, I looked in and saw only 2 available. Could someone help me get my characters back? I spent a lot of time on them and couldn't bear starting them from the ground up.

If the characters are deleted due to inactivity cleanup, they cannot be restored.
