Not a single blackrock player in 4 games

Been playing random BG and the last 4 games not a single blackrock player. Its been the 4 most fun games in a while. Am i just that lucky or are they finally in their own BGs being toxic against eachother? hope it continues

Lucky you ! i have braindead blackrock players every bg, either toxic or afking.

At this point I can hardly tell the difference anymore. Battlegrounds are more competitive after realm launch or season releases. Right now it's just this big mixture of newer players farming gear. Just mowing down a bunch of S1 players.

The month before we move to Wrath will be so much fun. Full BIS with all the new players joining.

Same issue here, is there gearscore check for grouping low ilvl Onyxia players only aside from blackrock/high ilvl Onyxia players?

Whats the criteria? I'm really looking forward escaping BGs with 5k HP fresh 70s players.

Hopefully we would be as lucky as you, especially when wotlk comes, my god the blackrockers ruined FM2 and FM3 pvp.

Yes, it has definitely to do something about the gear score. Since Blackrock players get their S2 gladi gear nearly for free, they will get a very high gear score pretty fast.

Not exactly sure where exactly the gearscore breakpoint is, but I can tell, you need at least full gladi season 1 gear and weapon + the epic off parts like rings, boots and so on. Or pretty good pve gear - at least T4 or better - to get into BGs with blackrock players.

Overall I think the staff did a good choice there, otherwise all the new pvp players or the players with medium pvp gear will be get farmed through high end gear pvp players from blackrock.

Of course it can be a little bit frustrating if you get merged into a BG with many fresh lvl 70 players in your team. Especially if you already farmed some of your own pvp gear with blood and honor. But on the other side: if the staff didn't add an gearscore breakpoint, your team also could end up vs. an enemy team of blackrock players with full BiS S2/S3 pvp gear and it would be even worse - trust me.
