Hi, I'm new. Is there anything I can do to put the game chat in Spanish, like a translator, an addon, or something?

I tried searching for one a long time ago, but there’s no addon that can translate what other players say.
The only option is to install a Spanish language patch, which changes the game’s interface to Spanish but it won’t translate chat messages from other players.
