But which is best for the talents enhance has from making new character, i just stick witth those talents

Stat priority: 1200 - 1418 resilience > AP > haste = arp > crit
You should use pve offparts with haste or arp and stack up resilience gems as compensation.

ehh the build i'm using doesn't go arp or haste, it goes crit.... so i think deaths verdict is best option or whispering fang skull?
