Make it so they can't join solo queue until they have farmed wrathful offset, maybe even rings/trinkets from honor
When healers join with starter gear, they get 1 shot and instant loss lol

Solo Queue is meant to be exactly that, solo. You don’t get to hand-pick your teammates or demand everyone be in full Wrathful before they queue. That defeats the entire purpose of SoloQ, which is to make arenas more accessible and encourage participation without the need to form a dedicated team.
Not everyone plays this game at a hardcore level. Some players are still gearing up, some are returning after a break, and some just want to enjoy the game casually. Forcing people to farm full offset gear, rings, and trinkets before they can even join SoloQ will just discourage new or less geared players from even trying. That leads to longer queue times and kills off the bracket for everyone, including the geared players who now have no one to play against.
Yes, it sucks when your healer dies instantly because they're undergeared, but that’s part of the chaos and randomness that comes with SoloQ. Sometimes you carry, sometimes you get carried. Over time, MMR generally balances it out.
If anything, we should be looking at smarter matchmaking or scaling systems, not gatekeeping access based on gear. Otherwise, we're just building another elitist bubble where only BiS players get to participate while the rest are locked out. That’s not healthy for the game or the community.
