Burning Crusade Hellfire tower dailies, turned it in once, now i cannot get it again 48 hours l8

SO yeah, is this no longer a daily quest, or am i bugged out? did all the prequest and the actual quest, captured the towers once, got my 3 marks, and then i havnt been able to get the quest again. I ask others and they say it works, so am I missing something?
