WotLK Are inactive characters subject to deletion?

I logged in today after taking an extended break and it seems three of my four Lordaeron characters have been deleted. I had a level 50 Human Mage, a level 30 Orc Warrior, and a level 20 Undead Priest. Only my level 60 Blood Elf Rogue remains, and I'm assuming it's because I logged on within the last several months to play him.

Can anyone confirm that Warmane has an inactive character removal policy? I've looked through various rules and support threads and didn't see any mention of one.
