Site Stucked because of wrong rename char

Good afternoon !

I m sorry for disturbing you with such problem but i missclicked rename instead of race change. I wanted to change the gender of my character but now i m stuck and i cannot play because when i try rename the caracter with the same name it says the name is taken and i dont want another name i want the same name. I just wanted my paladin from female to male to be changed.

Well the only option is to change your name and farm points again since points cant be refunded
