WotLK PvP flag stuck permanently active on my character

Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with my character [Gattsuro] on Icecrown. The PvP flag is permanently active and I cannot disable it, even when I am inside Stormwind, which is supposed to be a safe zone. I play BG and DG too

I have tried the following steps without success:
Waiting more than 5 minutes to see if the PvP flag clears naturally
Using the commands /pvp and /script SetPVP(0)
Deleting the Cache folder
Dying and resurrecting in a safe zone
Logging out and logging back in

This problem only affects this character; my other characters are fine.

Look at your quest log, you are on pvp quests. Abandon them.
