1. Unable to access account due to email not accesible

    Hello peeps, I have another account and tried to create a ticket, but because it's somehow tied to 2FA, I can't do anything. Let me tell you; That account is super old; I created it a long time ago.

    The problem is however, the email: [email protected] it does not exist anymore. A few years ago it got compromised and I had to close it, losing a lot of my information and purchases in the process.

    Now, I know my credentials, but there's no email to see the code being requested. Can you guys please help me figure it out ? I can tell you what's in there; It's a level 80 Paladin named Krigsman

    I can answer any questions! Hopefully you can help me change it to a newer email.


  2. Also, 2FA is no longer optional , it’s now enabled on every account and cannot be removed.

  4. Depends on the volume of tickets opened before yours. It can be a couple of days.

  5. Does it have to be a Gmail account? Ive provided a Hotmail account
