1. Quest tracker bug

Hey guys, maybe some1 here can help me...
After doing an ICC weekly quest (sindra one) the tracker under the minimap got stuck. It shows ˇObjectives (1)ˇ and it is greyed out. If i get one more quest, it shows 2 instead of one, and changes back to the grey 1 upon completion or abandoning it. Itried to delete the cache and the error folders, it has not helped. It shows up on different PCs too.. Could it be a serverside problem? Any tips, suggestions?

  2. Can you screenshot please? there suppose to be arrow on that tracker once you click it , a dropdown with listed quests should appear

  3. cant do a screenshot rn. the arrow with the dropdown menu is there but doesnt work, its totally grey and inactive.

  4. Open quest log and select any quest then press Track.
If that doesn't work , disable all addons and try again , addons can really mess up user interface and quest log

  5. no and no.
adding, tracking, completing, abandoning quests does nothing. there is always +1 ghost one "there".
and after disabling ALL addons still remains the same..
btw. which imagesharing site do u guys use mostly on warmane forum?

  6. doesn't matter , as long as it provide good image quality
    this doesn't require login :
    https://prnt.sc/
    https://imgur.com/

  7. /run for i=1, select("#", GetTrackedAchievements()) do RemoveTrackedAchievement(select(i, GetTrackedAchievements())) end

Try copying and pasting this in your chat. If it does not work the first time try a few times more.

  8. ty, but still no.. tried it like 19 more times after the 1st one :D

  9. So, I think this should work. Please try the following step by step:
1 - Log in to the character list, disable all addons, and then close the game.
2 - Go to the game’s folder, delete the Cache folder, and move the WTF folder somewhere else (so you can restore it later if it’s not the cause).
3 - Start the game and check if the bug still exists.
If the issue persists, you can move the WTF folder back to restore your UI and addon settings.

As another method, we can try forcing the game to refresh the bugged quest tracker. Any quest addon that modifies the tracker UI should help with this. For example: QuestHelper .

  10. mehhh still nothing
removing addon - cache - wtf made no difference, it was the base ui with the still greyed out tracker (still empty q log)
neither did questhelper, it put its own tracker there too, so i had 2 trackers, 1 for the addon and the bugged out one.
very strange bug, thats for sure...
