WotLK Just me? The Echo of Ymiron quest - Ice Crown

This isn't a bug report, rather i'm trying to see if maybe i'm doing this quest wrong.

The Echo of Ymiron - in Howling Fyord.

You enter the village, click the incense burner, go into that big house, and the male and female NPC (and baby) start dialog - or they're suppose to.

No matter what I do, I can't get them to start the dialog. I've clicked the incense right as I enter the village, halfway through the village, right outside the house, inside the house. No matter what, all I see are the two NPC's just appear but do nothing. The male just stands there, the female just sits there, and that weird larvae looking baby just blinks with the weirdest face.

Is there a trick to get the dialog going?
