Realms Being banned for "kick me pls"+state of Lordaeron

Dear Warmane Community,

I'm a casual player and here since 2012, I witnessed the reset, the new launch and the early Era of Lordaeron by progressing with the guild Nova.
I spent good times on this server in various expansions and events.
This is not a thread about crying out about being banned, as I said, i'm casual, i don't mind not playing for a couple days..
This is a thread about general concerns about the social policies on this server.
Yesterday I joined rdf to have a chill time lvling my toon. I joined, we waited for tank who didn't teleport in cuz of keybinding issues. After two min. wait time we asked him to tp in, people got mad, insulting each other, tank spit fire, big toxic drama. Things u witness playin WoW with randoms i guess. I didnt want to be part of it, tp'd out of dungeon and continued questing asking for a kick cuz I didnt want the drama. After them not kicking me for 1-2 mins and threatening me with report and insults, I left the grp, took the debuff. I didnt know about the policy tbh. I just wanted to reque and play with a less toxic grp, but fine I wait the 30mins.
One guy decided to report me and kept insulting+annoying me in /w throughout the day. I ignored in between to just stop the flow of messages. He was looking forward for me being banned, even tho I didnt disrupt anyone's gameplay longer than we waited for him fixing his bindings.
I get that asking for a kick and just sitting it out for ages is def. a bannable action, but just simply banning out of ASKING for it is pure stupidity.
Well I got banned. For 2 days. Fine, I play on another account. (this im writing this post on)
But of course, I'm disappointed. People I play with keep inviting me, I think i'm known as a preferable player to join groups and raids. Meanwhile players who are just toxic and run their mouths and report out of the silliest reasons just to express power in a game are heard and free to run around the server.
Parallel to me being reported I wrote a ticket, confessing what happened and excusing any wrong doing since I didnt know asking for Kick is bannable.
Well that wasn't heard.
Lordaeron was the less toxic environment on warmane to me always, but since i started playing more since may2025 again, experiencing the Fishbro-phenomenon and other toxic environments I'm confused what happened to the server and that this toxicity is tolerated. People writing racist stuff on global, insulting each other on global, spreading false information, blaming and stating. Its like a freaking schoolyard and the GM's of Warmane do nothing else than listen to the loudest kid screaming freakin Jeremy through the first stone and straight ban him without checkin into it.

You broke a clearly stated rule and got punished for it.
If you want to leave a group, leave the group and take the Debuff.

Instead of owning up to it, though, you create a thread calling the rule stupid, expecting special treatment because you "confessed" you didn't know the rule (despite being here for 13 - THIRTEEN - years), pointing fingers at "the toxic community" as if they were the ones who broke a rule, and complaining that GMs, who aren't there to monitor chat channels, aren't monitoring chat channels. To make it even worse, you use the Suggestions section for all this. Seriously?
