1. Clarification Request – Ban considered as repeat offense

    Hello Warmane Staff,

I would like to kindly ask for clarification regarding my account ban. My account was recently suspended for 120 days for alleged ninja looting, and the reason stated was that this is a repeat offense.

However, my first ban was already reviewed and lifted after proof was provided that it was a false report (link: https://imgur.com/a/kiTRDL6
). Because of that, I do not understand why this new ban is still being treated as a repeat offense.

Additionally, I was not provided with specific details or evidence of what exactly I did wrong in the raid where this infraction allegedly occurred. I believe misunderstandings can happen, but I would like to know the exact reason and evidence for this ban, so I can understand and avoid any issues in the future.

I am not asking to argue, only to request clarification and a fair review of this case as an independent incident, since the first ban was officially overturned.

Thank you for your time and understanding.

    Respectfully,
    Krokta

  2. The ban was lifted with you being told to not do it again.
That doesn't mean there was a "false report" that got the ban revoked, it simply means the remaining duration of your ban was pardoned, with the understanding it wouldn't happen again. The ban was never removed from your record.

  3. Thank you for clarifying, but I would like to respectfully point out that my understanding of the first ban is very different. At that time, I provided proof that I had won the item fairly and did not break any loot rules. After submitting that evidence, the ban was lifted. For me, that meant it was recognized as a false report, not simply a pardon.
Because of this, I genuinely believed my account was cleared and that the first incident would not count against me in the future. If it had only been a "pardon," I would have expected that to be explained clearly at the time.
Now my concern is that the current suspension is being judged as a repeat offense, when in fact the first case was never an actual violation. I kindly ask that this current case be reviewed independently on its own merits, and not as a continuation of a record that I believe should not exist in the first place.
I also respectfully request specific details or evidence of what exactly was considered "ninja looting" this time. Without that information, it is very difficult for me to understand what went wrong or how to improve in the future.
Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely,Krokta

  4. Let me see if I understand you... because you assumed the ban being lifted somehow meant that you had been found innocent (despite being told you to not do it again... how do you in any way interpret "don't do it again" as "sorry, your ban was incorrect"?)... you didn't heed the warning to not do it again and believed you'd get the same ban duration as a "first timer"... and because of that you should be treated as a first timer?

You can't be serious. No, this wasn't and won't be reviewed independently. You are a repeat offender. Your "belief" that there was no record is completely irrelevant. There should be no new ban for the same thing, whether the first had been erased like you imagined or not.

No details of bans, much less evidence that led to it is shared with the player. A 120 days ban means you've done it in a Raid and I have little doubt people didn't take getting an item stolen quietly for you to be "oblivious."
