Rogue pre-raid trinkets

Hello!

Recently been gearing up my combat rogue and I'm unsure of which trinkets to use. I haven't started raiding seriously yet, and at present I'm grinding EOF via daily RDF and weeklies and also daily points on the site. I have been thinking of getting myself Comet's Trail from point shop and also Herkuml War Token via EOF. Are they worth it or should I go for any other trinkets till I get ICC ones (which will take a long time I suppose) ?

I am gearing up my rog lately, and I'm now on the ICC HC level. Honestly you want to get whatever item you can get with higher gs, so you can get into ICC normal PUGs (6-8 bosses). Once you will start doing ICC your eof will skyrocket, you will be able to buy lvl 264 items from eof merchant. With boes from ah and head + shoulders T10 you will be able to get 5,8-6,0 gs relatively fast and start searching for progressive guild.
If your options are : points, EOT and EOF, then EOT + EOF trinkets will be best options, but it will depends on your situation. Your priority with eof is to get head + shoulders t10, and then maybe you have some shi*ty items, that replacing them is higher priority then trinket. You can link your armory and add information about your current number of eof / eot/ points so it will be more clear what you should buy at first place.
Also trinket that drops in fos is some option, but its trashy imo. Some ppl will take Banner of Victory, if they have other items with higher gs and this might be good option for preraid rogs as well.

I've started to join pugs, my GS is around 5.4kish now. I guess I'll go for the said trinkets to increase GS. Presently I use FOS HC trinket (Needle encrusted scorpion) and Mjolnir Runestone for Arp procs.

I hope to farm more EOF in coming weeks with the Brewfest and Hallow's End. Hopefully will be able to get tier pieces. Also, I have obviously gone through that guide, though focused mostly on end game gear :)
