1. locked out of 3 accounts

    Hi there, i have 3 accounts in total,
    "name" - my main that i followed as i did back in the day
    "name2" - my mage account
    "name3" - my twink account, the problem is i got hacked not too long ago - and on that Harddrive i had all my emails written down.. Now.
    i managed to get in to all the actual accounts but i have no way to get in to the associated emails..
    my internet messed up and now it thinks im in a new location, which messed me up so bad 0..0
    I just got kicked out of the game and now require a authenticator code, which is now nigh impossible to get to, how can i go about fixing this? like i said, i know the password and user for all 3 accounts i still got access to my main, i just cant get into them all of the sudden as a authenticator got slapped on them lol..
    problem is i made these gmails in order to play the game so i didnt think id lose access to them

    if you can help me reset my emails that would be really handy, and if im looking at it from your P.O.V i can probably see why people might be reluctant.. but please. if you can help id appreciate it so much

  3. Ive done all of this a while ago now, why am i getting no confirmation that something is happening. I sent as much information that would be relevant to the situation, i kinda want to play.. i just got back into playing it again after months of being away :( a wee bit annoying lol..

    A while ago, when my PC was at repairs, I was using my mother's laptop and for some reason, Google changed my location to somewhere in Vermont, USA, but I have never left Brazil lol. It took me a week talking to their support and writing on their boards in order for them to fix it. I couldn't pay my subscriptions on youtube nor send super chats or buy movies, things I do a lot.

    One of their support even said: "It will be fixed when you return from your trip." I said: I haven't left Brazil.
    After another day the finally noticed it was an issue with the localization gps thing. Seems there is a stree with same name as mine over there in USA.

    You gotta need to fix it with Google first.

  6. Even though i sent my evidence, they ask for the same evidence again even though the information was already there, i cant do anything and it feels like they dont want to help me out..
    I literally had to screenshot my first email to "quote" what they needed again.. i really dont know how to go about this.. and id really like to play wow again.. :(

    Thing is, i quickly made some gmails in order to have specific types of account "1 for PVE" / 1 for PVP (twinks) and 1 for PVP
    and i didnt realise id lose access to it, i used to know the passwords but there is no way to actually fix and recover them because i just made them on a whim thinking id remember.. this sucks :(

  7. Hundreds of people have recovered their accounts over the years just fine, provided that they can deliver the evidence of ownership required.
    If you're getting denied and asked for different/further proof it has nothing to do with "not wanting to help out."

  8. im sorry, i just dont want to lose my accounts and its like they skipped my main 70 account, they wont mention it or tell me if its fixed etc.. where as my twinks accounts is the one they want the ip for, but if my internet reset my ip wont match the ip i last logged in to right...? if anything only the ip i could never log in with?
    im no internet expert so i dont know if static ip or what not will allow them to fix it..
    its such a backwards situation where i hope they can sort it :/
