Site IP banned due to Advertising?

Hello, i would like to know how i got this warning message upon logging in the account page in the website. I was interested in looking around the store to donate some gear and buy some gifts for my friends as well as they are new to WoW but i cannot do this anymore because my IP was banned? Kindly assist please! Hope to hear from the support team. Thank you
