Questions about server expansion upgrades

I've played Icecrown server for a while now and have had my fill of Wrath.
So I just finished leveling my first ever TBC character to 70 on Onyxia.
To my surprise, someone told me that this server is in last phase, and will be going to Wrath in a couple months...
That makes gearing now as a fresh 70 tough and I definitely don't want to continue playing when Onyxia goes to Wrath Phase 1.

My questions:
1) When Onyxia goes to Wrath, will there be a fresh TBC server?
2) What phase is the Blackrock-TBC server on? I might go there if they aren't P5.

1. There's been no announcements about new realms.
2. Suppose it's exactly the same as Onyxia? Arena Season 3 will conclude September 24th at 22:00 server time, and Season 4 will begin one hour later.
