I've come across this post " https://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=332283 " and noticed the links are dead for downloading it.

Does anyone have an alternative link to download this gem of an addon? Would be much appreciated. Or a possible alternative addon like this where it would automatically update the old ranks of spells on my bars?

When leveling with dualspec, my inactive spec's abilities on the bars won't automatically replace with the max trained rank and must do it all manually, which gets annoying, having this be automated is really awesome.
