1. Game interrupted

Received red font message in the game:Unauthorized software or modifications to your game client has been detected. You will be disconnected shortly.

I have been playing this game for a long time, and I have been using the same client without installing any strange software. I don't know why this suddenly happened

  2. You have patched the client, so remove any patches, or better yet download a clean client from the download page.

  3. I have encountered the same issue. Is the "Awesome woltk patch" not allowed in warmane?

Not anymore. just it dll file.

  5. I have encountered the same issue. Is the "Awesome woltk patch" not allowed in warmane?
what is the "awesome wotlk patch" and what did it do? knowing that probably helps answer that question

  6. The core function of some plugins is to display nameplates and accurate buff times, which are the most commonly used features

False ASSUMPTIONS! .. check your facts.
People are having this issue EVEN WITH A CLEAN CLIENT...
    (MAYBE think before you post...)

I just downloaded and logged in with the official Warmane client (no addons, no custom files, completely clean), but I’m still getting the same message and getting disconnected.

  8. No, there were no "false assumptions" and no one is having any problem with actual clean clients.

Thank you very much for Warmane's efforts in protecting game balance, which is also a common pursuit. If possible, we still hope to improve the shortcomings of the 3.3.5a client. Collaborating with addons developers is a good choice, of course, all of this is based on fairness and eliminating all scripts!

unless something has changed since 2 hours ago, then OBVIOUSLY someone slipped up.. i RE-DOWNLOADED base client...
Still same issue after 10 mins. (NO ADDONS or Mods...)
unplayable. Are previously flagged clients still 'actively flagged' via IP ?

    “AwesomeWotlkLib.dll”
Please check if the client contains this file. If so, please remove it. I believe you can log in to the game normally

  12. "Base" Client, shouldnt have that. Im not trying to be difficult BUT.. if out of NOWHERE
*after 4 years of a client that i needed to 'fix' myself so it doesnt crash randomly...*
It's very hard to abide by Server rules when no warning was given.
Im getting DC'ed while mid RDF, or summoning at stone for raid.
I have removed the .DLL from my normal HD client. Though again, that was 2 hours ago.

  13. No, nothing has changed, in whatever amount of hours.
The plain client doesn't and won't have any problem playing.
If you're getting disconnected with that error message, you aren't on a plain client.

It's simple and straightforward like that. This isn't a behavior check like an anti-virus that can get false positives, it's an either your client isn't trying to use something it shouldn't or it is.

Then it SHOULD be simple to tell the SERVER population BEFORE they have issues?
Im sure ALL the long time players would like that.
Or is that out of anyone's control? Cause 4 years no issues, suddenly i NEED to scour the forums ?
am i now going to have to worry about the Warmane AH addon, cause the backend is still screwy in a month??
    just sayin...
