WotLK Elemental PVP gearing advice

Hey everyone,
I am currently wearing 5/5 mail set on my elemental shaman and I am looking to get a 2pc ringmail set bonus from gloves/shoulders. But I am facing a dilemma, in order to get the desired set bonus I would have to swap my wrathful gloves for relentless ones, and I am not sure if losing 23 stamina and a bunch of damage is even worth getting that delicious +100 res bonus.

Can anyone offer me advice on this matter?

If you have all mail with wrathful gloves and rest is relentless I would just swap your relentless mail head + chest to ringmail relentless parts + I would swap gladiator shoulders to titan forged. So you should have :

- ringmail relentless gladiator head + chest
- titan forged shoulders
- mail relentless legs
- mail wrathful gloves
