I want to report an issue that has been happening for over two weeks. Around 1 a.m. server time, every single day, Icecrown starts lagging and disconnects players from Latin America. This is the peak raid time for Latin guilds, and it has been very inconvenient, causing significant delays in organizing and completing raids, which already take quite a lot. The problem lasts for about 15 minutes and affects players randomly across all Latin American countries. Since there have been no updates on the website, we need this issue to be fixed, as it is clearly a server-related problem.

This happened to many of my guild members 1:00 ST too. It wasnt their internet connections since discord and other services were working properly, we had like 7-10 people mostly from latin america with connection issues to warmane.
