Forum "Your account must be offline to purchase..."

Trying to purchase a Faction Change in Onyxia Server.

I've logged out in an Inn on all characters and waited 10 minutes as well.

It still says:

"Your account must be offline to purchase faction change"

Please help so I can play :(

I have the same issue with character level up. I am offline for quite some time, tried to delete cache, log to another account, nothing works. I want my money back.
