WotLK ICC my heirlooms doesn't appear

Hello I have a question, somehow I can't find my heirlooms and equip them, no backpack no mailbox, when I go and check marketplace and my points, I see that they are bought, so I should have them, any kind of help to get them back to me guys? Thanks!

Did you just buy them, but they haven't been sent to you via mail or did you buy them longer time ago and unable to find them?

If you bought them but they weren't sent to you after all this time, I think that's pretty much the only support Warmane offers regarding point items.

If you've obtained heirlooms long time ago, and are unable to find them, there's no support. Double check all your characters' bags and banks. Maybe check barracks characters as well. If you've deleted them among some alt you tried and gave up on and deleted it, the items won't be restored.

Disable all your addons when you've lost something since some addons are buggy and known to "hide" items.

If you bought your heirlooms some time ago and you had them and now you don't then you have destroyed them yourself and there is no support. So as you've been told check all your characters. It's also possible you sent them to some levelling character which then you removed for space not knowing it had heirlooms.
