FPS Issues

Newbie here, I just wanted to ask how can I fix the fps sh*tshow I have most of the time while playing.

To start, the addons I have are DBM for WOTLK, Recount, OmniCC, MoveAnything, Carbonite 3.34 and AtlasLoot. When I disable all the addons, the problem remains.

Im in Windows 11, sadly, and I have an Intelcore i5 12400f 32gb of RAM with an AMD RX 6600. Maybe Im stupid, but this is way more hardware than the required for an 15+ years game, just to get between 45-70fps max going up and down all the time. Yes, I lowered the graphic settings all to low, the problem persists.

Just wanted to ask if I have to change something on W11 to fix the way it handles the game, because Im sure the problem lies with the OS. If not, please let me know how to fix it.

Check if Hardware Cursor is enabled, and try disabling it. Always ****s me.
