Spectral Tiger?

I saw someone on a spectral tiger on Lordaeron, which I thought had no cash shop... does this mean if we have the code for it, we can get it here?
Asking because I have the codes for my wind rider and griffon plushies, would love to somehow get them in game if it's allowed! ^^;

Lordaeron does have a shop featuring mounts and some fun items.

No you can't use the codes from your physical plushies.

Aw, man.. well I checked out the shop, it seems to have all the companions from panda to spectral kitten, but NOT my griff and wyvern... sad, I miss them the most :(

Edit: Nevermind, I just can't spell. Found them! I will just buy them here :D
